I work for Bartholomew County School Corporation (BCSC) as an Autism Coordinator and part time as a Behavior Consultant through the Medicaid Waiver. Through my work with individuals with disabilities and their families I have seen a need for supports that allow individuals to fully participate in their community. Being on the Board of Directors for The Arc of Bartholomew County has allowed me to actively work to create a more inclusive community and assist families who are looking to access community resources.
